To compare the parameters in your actual drive against defaults:
If offline:
- You can choose to either upload parameters into your project drive (thus overwriting existing offline parameters) or upload to a parameter file.
- Press Upload from drive to overwrite project drive (offline) parameters.
- Press Upload to a file (on the dashboard or from the right-click menu for a drive in the tree) to upload to a temporary file.
- If uploaded to a file, locate the file in the Parameter Files node in the tree and choose Compare with defaults in the right-click menu for the file.
- If uploaded into the project, just press Compare with defaults in the ribbon.
If online:
- Press the 'Compare with defaults" button on the ribbon toolbar or right-click the drive in the tree and select "Compare with defaults".
- Press OK when asked "Parameter values will be uploaded to a temporary file...".
- Results will be shown. Note that the offline (project) parameters won't be affected.
V2.0.0 or V2.0.1
To compare the parameters in your actual drive against default you must do this:
- Upload all parameters from drive to get the values into the online drive.
- Press the 'Compare with defaults" button on the ribbon toolbar or right-click the drive in the tree and select "Compare with defaults".
NOTE: If you are online and you press the Compare with defaults button then the results may not be as you expect - the comparison is done against the project (offline) values and defaults. This is why you must first upload all parameters.
If you don't want to overwrite your project drive parameters to do the comparison, use the Upload to file command instead then right-click on the parameter file in the tree and select "Compare with defaults...". This way the project values remain unchanged.
