How do I save parameters to a parameter file?

To save the current (offline) parameters, simply click on New parameter file button located on the ribbon, or under the Parameter Files branch in the tree. This will create a parameter file with the current (offline) parameters.

To save parameters that are in the physical (online) drive, select Upload to a file in the dashboard.
